Dennis Woynerowski
Mr. Woynerowski is a senior member
of the KappaWest professional staff. He has over
fifteen years of experience in the communications
and information management industry. Mr. Woynerowski's
individual responsibilities have encompassed sales
and sales management, marketing and training.
Mr. Woynerowski has had extensive involvement
in the development and application of the KappaWest
approach to sales/marketing management training.
He has, through consulting and training, improved
client sales effectiveness from the basic selling
role to executive level management and planning
across a range of industries including communications,
data processing and financial services.
Mr. Woynerowski joined
KappaWest with valuable experience in field sales
and sales management, as well as sales support
staff management including thirteen years at
AT&T in both operating company
and corporate headquarters functions. As Manager,
Executive Marketing and Sales Training, Mr. Woynerowski
was responsible for the formulation and delivery
of the sales management curriculum designed to
prepare AT&T for increasingly unregulated and
competitive markets. He has also dealt with such
critical training issues as measurement and feedback,
and has had a broad exposure to advanced sales
management training content, ranging from competitive
strategies and tactics to win/loss reviews to account
planning.
Mr. Woynerowski has a Master of Business Administration
Degree in Marketing and Operations from Illinois
Institute of Technology. He also holds a Bachelor
of Arts Degree in Mathematics from St. Joseph's
College.
